I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington (#LH 60168809). I have an undergraduate degree from The Evergreen State College in Psychology and Dance/Movement and a graduate degree from Antioch New England University in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling Psychology. I have studied psychodynamic therapy with the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study, and have advanced training certification in Internal Family Systems Therapy. I and EMDRIA-trained and certified in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and also have Level 2 trainings in both Lifespan Integration and the Neuroaffective Relational Model. My more recent studies also include Polyvagal Theory and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
I am forever a lifelong student, and enjoy workshops and trainings, including ongoing training in ethics and diversity.
I have nearly two decades of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with diverse populations. I primarily provide individual psychotherapy and group therapy with elders, adults and teens. I work with people who experience:
